Strictly on Diet.

---My last fantastic Western meal @ Genting---

Aww. I miss such an awesome breakfast set.

Recently I have gained A LOT of weight.
I still remembered during my sophomore year in high school, I weighed only 43kg.

And now I'm already 50kg--- Meaning I'm FAT!
Although the BMI is still in "Normal" category, but I always feel as if I'm OBESE!

D: It's time to really take this weight seriously,
and
REDUCE IT!
I hope I can do it :)


Oh ya, I'm only 161 cm so I feel I'm very very very fat already.

Hope you guys do support me mentally :D

    maybe you not eat and drink sweet food and drink, less fatty foods, less carbohydrates foods, and eat fruit and vegetables, and don't eat over 6 p.m. (my sister's doctor solution)

  11. 161cm and 50kg is just fine. Being in the normal category is wat everyone want. you won't wana be under, like me. Ppl will think u r anorexic. haha. But best is to eat more during breakfast, light lunch and perhaps if u can stand, skip dinner. :)

  12. Owh. Me too. I'm also on diet. I had reached 57kg during my heaviest time. N I'm only 165cm. I had diet since las few months n I'm now 53kg n te scale don't seem to go southward. Help me. I wana b 47kg..

  13. I don't nothing about diet, I eat what I want and 50 kg is not too much...In Norway most woman are over 170 cm and 50 kg is skinny...

  22. how tall are u btw? i used to be 39 kgs... T.T
    ( yaya i know it's extremely thin but that was last two years ) and now i weight 45 kg and im onlu 151cm tall...sad 99 , know!?!??!?!?!?! haih! I don't know hw to suggest u d, cz i myself also failed to lose weight..hehehe!
