What's so good about nuts?
After months of research on my ideal, healthiest dieting plan, I start to learn that nuts are the best source or protein next to fish and chicken. This is when I start eating assorted nuts and never stop eating again :)
Nuts are much more than a delicious source of protein. Nutritionists have been taking a closer look at these tiny little nuggets of goodness, and they have made some surprising discoveries about nut nutrition. Nuts contain higher amounts of mono- and poly-unsaturated (good) fats and lower amounts of saturated (bad) fats. Nuts can also be excellent sources of important vitamins and minerals, such as the antioxidant vitamin E.
