My Burger Lab: New Menu @ Seapark PJ SS2

My Burger Lab is no longer a new trend in town. Opened since July 2012, you have probably heard zillions of comments on how GOOD their burger is. Or if you're a burger enthusiast, perhaps you have experienced all the long queues, satisfying burgers and great services in Burger Lab itself.

Can you believe that a person who is so fond of food like me has not stepped into My Burger Lab before? This is my first time here, and I went there after work so I saw people start flocking in and the queue is getting longer every minute!

Fully seated as usual. Apparently I think My Burger Lab practises the FAST concept. Beginning from the burger itself, it is typically a fast food. Order quickly and food is served almost immediately.    EAT FAST! So that others can sit and enjoy their burgers comfortably.

Notice the long queue in the picture...

I bet the only "SLOW" thing here is the queue.....
you'd have to wait up to an hour during super peak hours.

Leave a note! :)

Here's the menu, basically the beef and chicken menu is interchangeable. You can pick Waterballoon Burger with lychee, salted watermelon and cheddar but replace the beef with chicken. This is a great choice for me as I don't take beef :D

I love their concept of being new and fresh all the time, as the menu is added with new creations from time to time. This month, they have the new Cthutlu (Pronounced as Ke-Two-Lu!) and Sloppy Bella, which rolled out into the menu not long ago.

Addition: Mission Tortilla Chips @ RM0.50 per burger

Addition: Smooshie @ RM5 each

Dessert after burger: ICE CREAM! :D

Sloppy Bella @ RM14.50 + Tortilla Chips @ RM0.50 = RM15 NETT

Mine is Sloppy Bella (Chicken), with added chips. Apparently the chips have softened by the steam from the hot patty and bun, so I'd not recommend you to add chips but nevertheless it does enhance the flavours of the burger!

The burger is so huge with the ultra thick patty!
The oozing cheese and house specialty sauce are melting good on the breadcrumb patty

As the name suggests, "Sloppy Bella" is meant for us to enjoy the sloppiness, meaning to eat in a very untidy way, and the patty is so wet that it would spatter easily! True to its name, the main fillings were the minced spicy chicken with portabella mushroom.

Tangy sauce, spicy filling and salty cheese make a great combination and I love the way I unravel the burger. Be messy and enjoy the best moment when the chicken melts in the mouth with soft cheese and crunchy mushroom.

A+ @ RM15 + Tortilla Chips @ RM0.50 + Fries and Drinks @ RM6 = RM21.50 NETT

If you wanna stick to the conventional type, then the best-selling A+ or A++ burger would suit your taste. Or when you are having exam, then come and eat burger few days before sitting for the paper ya :P

Verdict:
1. Overall, the charcoal bun is really fluffy, with generous amount of cheese and freshly made patty. However, I prefer the creative innovations that add some fruity flavours into the burgers.
2. Pricewise, it is really affordable! I'm a happy girl when I don't have to pay for Government + Service Tax there :)
3. Revisit? Definitely a YES! Probably when they launch their next hot item.
