Be prepared to sink your teeth into the tender homemade patties and juicy burgers if you are making a trip to The Burger Factory in Subang Jaya, Kota Kemuning or Ara Damansara! It is one of the few burger chains that is open for lunch everyday, serving not only its specialty burgers in beef, chicken, seafood and vegetarian variants but also a good range of Western brunch selections, pizza, pasta, hot dogs, and even fried rice.
The restaurant has an unassuming clean-cut interior, with wooden flooring coupled with white brick walls. The ambiance is added with a touch of fun by lining the floorspace with quirky green and orange furniture. Simply perfect for youngsters and family to dine comfortably.
The two-storey, corner-lot outlet in SS15 is more spacious
and often flooded with young crowds especially in the evening.
Candylicious @ RM12.90
This is probably the first ever sweet burger that you've heard of! New in the menu, Candylicious is made of charcoal bun which is layered with thick, grilled beef patty (Or you can replace it with grilled chicken breast), crushed Oreo cookies, and oozing peanut butter with strawberry sauce. To make the burger looks even more interesting, it is topped with melted marshmallows which add a chewy texture to the unique combination.
We are totally blown away by the complex texture and flavours of the burger that make it tastes so good! The nicely charred patty is surprisingly delicious when drenched in creamy peanut butter sauce, achieving a balance of sweet and savoury tastes. Also, the crunchy Oreo cookies give a beautiful contrast to the moist grounded beef patty.
Itchy Peachy @ RM14.90
Cheese lovers would leap for joy as The Burger Factory has recently invented a new flavour that boasts the goodness of 4 different types of cheese with a fruity touch in it. Sitting between the grilled chicken patty and hash brown, we have melted Cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella, parmesan cheese and peach cream cheese.
Yes, you did not hear me wrong. The peach cream cheese is an in-house creation that blends real peaches with cream cheese so that the cheese will be slightly sweet, fruity on the palate with a savoury aftertaste. Perhaps the fruitiness is rather mild for us, the sharpness of cheese almost overwhelms the peach flavour.
Pizza Burger @ RM15.90
If you can't decide between burger and pizza, here's a recommendation for you to enjoy the best of both worlds. Topped with a melted Cheddar slice, the pizza dough is stuffed with grilled chicken breast, Mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and pizza sauce before being oven-baked to crisp perfection.
Although it may sound heavy for us at first, we end up lapping up every bite of the cheesy goodness that coats the huge chunks of lean chicken breast meat in the pizza burger.
[Vegan] Junior Shroom Lover @ RM14.90
Another star of the fuss-free menu is the Junior Shroom Lover, that uses soft and airy white buns instead of the charcoal ones. It is the first 'green' burger I've ever encountered, and I love the crunchiness of deep-fried portobello mushroom, green pea sprout and sautéed button mushroom!
The bun is already drenched with smoky teriyaki sauce, so you'll expect it to be heavier in flavours without being overly gristly. Well, it is a complete and well-thought through burger because it embodies all the flavours and aromas of vegetarian ingredients without overwhelming the senses.
Hong Kong Wok Fried Spaghetti @ RM14.90
Don't worry if you are not a fan of burgers because they do serve a variety of Asian and Western delights include pasta, pizza, hot dogs, fried rice, snack, soup and brunch platters. And if your appetite is more than ample, there is always dessert to finish off the sumptuous meal.

The selections of beverages here is equally extensive like its food menu. From juices and mocktails to coffee and tea, we are spoilt with choices that wash down the heavy meal.
Verdict:
1. There are wide varieties of burgers, pasta, pizza, rice, snacks and soups that are surprisingly kind to your pocket!
2. Most food items here are rather salty, but nonetheless very flavourful especially the homemade beef and chicken patties, coupled with creative innovations.
