Let's start exploring the yummy treats available here!

Nam Heong Ipoh
Lot 56(P) & 59(P), Level CC

Nam Heong Ipoh is my favourite among all because nothing beats the comfort of enjoying the timeless flavours of Ipoh that bring the heart closer to home. Backed by 60 years of rich history, Nam Heong Ipoh is famous for its authentic Ipoh heritage food such as Nam Heong Ipoh White Coffee, Ipoh Caramel Egg Custard, Nam Heong Chicken Hor Fun and pastries.

For the main dishes, they serve a wide range of rice and noodle options but my favourite goes to the Fried Wanton Egg Noodles. Simple, flavourful and tummy comforting.

They have done equally great on the pastries too. Looking at the silky smooth Nam Heong Egg Tart, I just can't help digging into one after another. If egg tart is not your thing, perhaps you can try their Signature Chicken Sou or Supreme BBQ Pork Bun.

Goku Raku Ramen
Lot 26 & 27, Level 2

If you are up for a taste of Japanese, be sure to drop by at Goku Raku Ramen for a satisfying ramen experience as their signature Shio and Shoyu soup bases are simmered for 17-30 hours daily and their ramen is made fresh everyday.

Here we get to try the new rice set meal: Stamina Teishoku (Deep-fried chicken and shredded cabbage with white rice, miso soup, sui gyoza and edamame) as well as some popular appetizers such as Niko Dango (Minced pork meatballs paired with sweet and sour sauce) and Spicy Gyoza (Japanese boiled minced pork dumplings with homemade spicy sauce).

Nevertheless, what I really enjoy here is the large slices of homemade braised pork belly, and super gooey lava egg in the Ultimate Goku Raku Ramen. Alternatively, Super Char Siew Tonkatsu Ramen may be another favourite of pork lovers.

Warung Mama
Lot 59(P), Level LG

For those seeking for a budget-friendly restaurant for authentic Malay food, then Warung Mama may be a great option as its 2-generation-old home-cooked recipe is sure to bring us a journey down the memory lane.

The signature Nasi Kukus Ayam Goreng Berempah, Laksam and Cendol are amongst the crowd pleasers on the menu. Light bites such as curry puffs, samosa and cucur badak are available too.

My personal favourite here is the signature Mama Mi Kari, a sizeable bowl of yellow egg noodles in thick, aromatic curry gravy. The quality of homemade curry here is seriously no joke - don't forget to try the Kari Ayam too.

Molten Chocolate Cafe
Lot 02, Level G

It is true that there is always room for desserts, especially when the rich aroma of chocolate fills the air. From French crepes to Belgian pastries and waffles, Molten Chocolate’s unique menu is a heaven for chocolate lovers and dessert junkies alike.

The plated desserts such as Sizzling Waffle, Cream Puff and Molten Planet not only look Instagram-worthy but also taste real good and premium, thanks to the premium ingredients used here.

I personally enjoy sipping on a cup of Hot Chocolate (or Iced Belgium Chocolate to beat the heat) while digging into the chunky, dense Brownies Crepe with Ice Cream. To my delight, the rich cocoa flavour melts my heart without being overcloying on the palate.

Seaweed Club
Lot 35(P), Level LG

Another snack place we try is the Seaweed Club, but I am surprised that they serve so many things more than just my all-time favourite Seaweed Popiah (Original / Chicken Floss / Sausage).

You can enjoy a complete meal here too, as it now serves Chili Chicken Dry Misuah, Chicken Pumpkin Porridge and delicacies such as Nyonya Kuih Pie Tee and Potato Salad Ice Cream.

 Sukicha
Lot 55A, Level CC

Last but not least, it is time to wash down the heavy meal with Sukicha's wide variety of recharging tea from Japan such as Hoji Tea Honey Lemon, Hoji Tea Berry, Honey Lemon Sencha and Black Tea Latte with Pearl.

While me being a matcha connoisseur, nothing beats the enjoyment of sipping on a warm, creamy cup of Matcha Latte. Thumbs up to the richness of matcha flavours here!

Be it breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack or dessert, I am sure you can find your favourite flavours in Paradigm Mall PJ. Happy food hunting and don't forget to join the ‘Taste of Paradigm’ contest and enjoy the rewards from 19 August till 17 November 2019!
