Diet On The Go!

If you have been following my blog, I bet you know that I am recently going on diet.

Here's part of my healthy breakfast menu.

I hope the 14 days plan really works if I follow it.

Is Nestle or Kellogg cereals better for low fat diet?

Pure soya drink; A protein booster, by the way :)

Yummy wildberry cereal which is very high in fibre :)

It looks awesome right? :D
Now that I realise, healthy food can taste heavenly good too!

And this. Strawberry & Hazelnut Crunchy Muesli; My favourite.

Lead a healthy diet, with nutritious food todae!
I believe I can do it!

Look how awesome it is!
You just can't resist this, I promise :P

Not to forget this: NATURAL GOLD KIWI FRUIT :D !
Buy Zespri, the best brand of all.

*PRAY*
for my dieting plan to work!

Neela's Chettinad Curry House @ Bukit Beruang, Malacca

Location of the sunny morning:

Neela's Chettinad Curry House
665-B Jalan Bukit Melaka 1/5,
Taman Bukit Melaka Bukit Beruang,
75450 Melaka.

Where do we go for breakfast normally? (If you can wake up early!)
Mamak Stall, of course!

Start your day with two glasses of Fresh Cow Milk :D

But the downside is that: The milk is full of SUGAR--- it's coarse one, by the way.

The one and only man working on all sorts of roti canai for us :D

This huge tong is given to each table, filled with the curry and dhal;
You can drink everything if you want! LOL

Ahhh :D I love this crispy Roti Telur!

Typical Indian with typical Indian food.
Fantastic.

Wooden chairs and tables at the mamak;
Which I couldn't be able to see them at any mamak in the city anymore.

My healthy thosai :D
I love having cheap but nice breakfast like this! (:

The Colors of Jonker

Welcome to Malacca!
Here we go--- @ Jonker Street of Malacca!
It's the most famous street in Malaysia I guess?
Nobody has never heard of it before, right? :)

If you're driving there, then you must pay RM5 then you can enjoy your stay for the entire day!

With their famous trishaw @ approximately RM 50 per hour! (That's expensive!)

And also Nyonya Dessert stalls all along the streets! :D

I spot this at one of the cafes:

"To Save Water, Drink Coffee"
I hope you get the message from the cafe's owner.

And of course Jonker 88 is the most famous outlet which you MUST visit! :D

Try their signature dishes!
But do make sure that you’re early enough or else they will tell you the food is “Sold Out”!

Seriously this Ah Ma is very fierce. When I was there, she wanted customers to place their order without delaying her business =.="

Her homemade FiSh Ball Soup Noodle.
Quite tasteless actually, nothing much special about this dish.

Nyonya Laksa.
This is absolutely a must-try!
It is kinda unbelievably GOOD, which I shall recommend to you peepa.
Fantastic I should say :)

Inside the stall, there’s another lady selling Pai Tee,
which is quite similar to those I had in Penang.

P/S: The one in Penang is much nicer! :D

If you don’t know what is Pai Tee, figure it out here :)

As I stroll down the street, I found that
such a nice Siew Pow only costs RM 1.30 at Malacca when I always buy it @ RM 1.60 in KL.
25% price difference is a HUGE Difference!

Even the egg tarts here is much cheaper :)

Yummy, crispy skin with egg custard :D

Orange juice and apple juice at some cafe along the street.

At night... This stall is open! :D

This happy boy here is frying the sliced potatoes.

Another man would add on the spice onto the crispy potatoes before serving them.

:D Spicy but super delicious!

Here's the night market at night; Full of people every weekend!
I almost become sardine fish after walking down the entire street.

Enjoy strolling along the Jonker Street at night!

Seremban Siew Pow

Tarts; My current addiction

Yeah you can always see this huge confectionery whenever you're travelling along the highway from KL to the south. And it is indeed a very famous one, I bet anyone of you never heard of the famous Seremban Siew Pow?

They produce lots and lots of Siew Pows each day, selling at only RM 1.30 each.
To me, it is very reasonably-priced compared to those selling at KL @ RM 1.60.

And there are many varieties to choose from---
Egg tarts, pineapple tarts, kaya tarts, vegetable buns, and the list goes on and on...

Crispy and yummy! :D
It is my snack when travelling for journey of hours.
xoxo.
