Recently I come across something that I’ve never paid much attention on--- a new space of living called “home”--- until I realize that I am going to stay at some apartments as soon as college starts.

I’ve always wanted to live in a spacious room with all sorts of amenities provided and of course with safety guaranteed too. And the condominiums at Mont Kiara would make a perfect choice ;)

Let’s take a glance at the views of the condo.

Visit various condominium and get a sense of prevailing prices.

· Step 5
Get prequalified for a mortgage.

· Step 6
Find out if the building has a good reputation.

· Step 7

Check out parking, storage, security and other amenities.

· Step 8

Estimate monthly maintenance costs that you're responsible for in addition to the association fees.
