Recently I come across something that I’ve never paid much attention on--- a new space of living called “home”--- until I realize that I am going to stay at some apartments as soon as college starts.
I’ve always wanted to live in a spacious room with all sorts of amenities provided and of course with safety guaranteed too. And the condominiums at Mont Kiara would make a perfect choice ;)
If your version of the American dream doesn't include mowing the lawn, think about buying a condo. Good options for both first-time home buyers and older folks who are ready to downsize, condos are typically smaller and less expensive than a single family home. This four-roomed unit would be the best for a small family to live a comfortable home.
Kiaraville, one of the new condos available there, is built in 2009 with growing neighbourhood nowadays. From health club facilities, party rooms, theater or media rooms, bike paths, to community centres, how I’d wish to have stayed there.
If you're keen on the pool or sauna, the monthly association fees allow you to enjoy tremendously for both swimming and sweating ;D
